Initiate Your Return
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate your return form.
Package the Items
Carefully pack the products in their original packaging or a sturdy box, ensuring you include the completed return form inside the parcel.
Ship the Parcel
Attach the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal service location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
